The Role As a KS1 Teacher, you will: Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the needs of your Year 1 and Year 2 students. Create a positive classroom environment where children feel safe, inspired, and eager to learn. Assess and track progress, providing constructive feedback to support student development. Engage in professional development and take advantage of excellent mentoring opportunities for ECTs. What We’re Looking For A Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Passion for teaching in KS1 and a commitment to inspiring young learners. A solid understanding of the National Curriculum and effective teaching strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents. A proactive, adaptable, and enthusiastic approach to classroom teaching.
