Job description
SENCO – Highly Regarded Secondary School – Aylesbury – September Start Location: Aylesbury Contract: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: MPS/UPS + TLR We are looking for an experienced and passionate SENCO to join a highly regarded secondary school in Aylesbury. This is a senior leadership position where you will play a key role in supporting students with special educational needs and ensuring they receive the highest standard of education. Collaborate with staff to ensure effective and inclusive teaching practices. Oversee the development and review of Individual Education Plans (IEPs). Liaise with parents, external agencies, and local authorities to ensure the best outcomes for students. Who We’re Looking For: A qualified SENCO with experience in leading a SEN department. Strong leadership and organizational skills. The ability to motivate and support colleagues in delivering inclusive practices. Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to obtain one).
