We’re looking for an exciting and passionate Year 4 Teacher to join a fantastic, good-rated, 2-form entry primary school in Redbridge , starting in September 2025 ! This is a full-time, permanent position, offering you the chance to inspire, engage, and help Year 4 students develop essential skills for their academic journey. What You’ll Be Doing Inspiring Year 4 students : Plan, prepare, and deliver fun, interactive lessons that capture the curiosity of Year 4 students and challenge them to grow in literacy, numeracy, and beyond. Building strong foundations : Help students build essential skills in a range of subjects, preparing them for future success in Key Stage 2. Creating an engaging classroom : Foster a positive, dynamic classroom environment where learning is an adventure, and students are motivated to excel. Monitoring progress : Assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback and setting clear targets to help each child reach their full potential. Teamwork : Collaborate with a wonderful group of teachers to share best practices and work together to provide the best possible curriculum. Communicating with parents : Keep parents informed about their child’s progress, offering guidance and support as needed to ensure students thrive. Getting involved : Participate in staff meetings, professional development opportunities, and school activities to keep growing as an educator and contribute to the school community. Who We’re Looking For A qualified Year 4 Teacher with experience in Key Stage 2 or a strong passion for teaching. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. A solid understanding of the National Curriculum and how to deliver it effectively in Year 4. A teacher who is great at building positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents alike. A collaborative team player who loves sharing ideas and is always looking for innovative ways to engage students.
