Inspire students through innovative teaching practices , using hands-on, project-based learning to engage students and help them apply technology and design principles to real-world scenarios. Regularly assess students’ work and provide constructive feedback, supporting them to reach their full potential. Organize and manage extracurricular activities, such as design competitions, STEM events, after-school clubs, and projects, to further enrich students’ learning experiences. Maintain a high standard of health and safety across all practical workshops and ensure the proper use of tools and equipment. Collaborate with senior leadership and staff across subjects to continuously improve the educational experience and student outcomes in Design Technology.
