Job description
A vibrant, inclusive, and high-achieving secondary school in Salisbury is seeking an Art Teacher to join their dedicated Creative Arts Faculty from January 2026. This is a full-time, permanent position in a school where the arts are celebrated as a vital part of education and student wellbeing. About the Role The successful candidate will teach Art & Design across KS3–KS5, supporting students in developing confidence, technique, and creative expression. They will encourage independent thinking through lessons covering a variety of mediums including painting, sculpture, printmaking, and digital art. They will also lead or contribute to exhibitions, workshops, and community art projects, promoting engagement with local galleries and cultural organisations.
