Personal Trainer – Employed + 100% PT Earnings 💰 £12.60 per hour | 15 hours per week | Keep 100% of your PT earnings 📍 Dartford 🕒 Flexible shifts, including evenings & weekends Are you a motivated and passionate Personal Trainer looking for the perfect opportunity to grow? What You’ll Be Doing (Employed 15 Hours) 🔹 Engage & Grow – Generate leads through referrals, floor walks, and outreach. 🔹 Class Excellence – Deliver top-quality classes that members love. 🔹 First Impressions Matter – Conduct effective inductions and gym tours. 🔹 Member Experience – Maintain gym cleanliness, ensure equipment is in top condition, and uphold high service standards. 🔹 Social Superstar – Create content and engage with the gym’s social platforms. 🔹 Boost the Gym’s Reputation – Contribute to positive Google reviews & member feedback. Who We’re Looking For ✔️ Level 3 Personal Trainer (CIMSPA registered preferred). ✔️ Driven, self-motivated, and passionate about fitness. ✔️ Ready to take the next step in your fitness career, whether in management or freelance PT . ✔️ A team player who thrives in a dynamic gym environment.
