The Role As a KS1 Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching pupils in Year 1 or Year 2 , planning and delivering high-quality lessons across the curriculum. You will foster a stimulating, inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and independence. You will also play a key role in supporting pupils’ social, emotional, and behavioural development, helping them build resilience, confidence, and positive learning habits. Collaboration with teaching assistants, SENCO, and senior leadership will be essential to provide targeted support for pupils, including those with additional needs.
