Job description
A vibrant and ambitious three-form entry primary school in Hounslow is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 3 Teacher to join their team as soon as possible. Key Responsibilities - Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that support and challenge Year 3 pupils of all abilities. - Work collaboratively with fellow Year 3 teachers to develop high-quality planning, curriculum content, and assessment strategies. - Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing regular feedback and setting clear, ambitious targets. - Differentiate teaching effectively to meet diverse learning needs, including pupils with SEN, EAL, or additional support requirements. - Create a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that promotes independence, curiosity, and confidence. - Build strong, positive relationships with parents and carers through clear and timely communication.
