About the Role You will teach Physics across KS3–KS5 , delivering engaging lessons that balance theoretical precision with hands-on experimentation. The successful candidate will inspire curiosity, stretch able learners, and build confidence among those who find Physics challenging. You’ll play a pivotal role in fostering a culture where scientific reasoning, resilience, and discovery underpin every lesson. Key Responsibilities Plan, resource, and teach high-quality lessons in Physics and combined Science that promote deep conceptual understanding. Design investigative activities that strengthen analytical and practical laboratory skills. Prepare students for GCSE and A-Level examinations , securing excellent academic outcomes. Lead or contribute to STEM clubs, science fairs, and national competitions that extend learning beyond the classroom. Support colleagues with curriculum innovation, digital learning integration, and assessment strategies. Uphold the school’s values of aspiration, inclusivity, and personal growth.
