Job description
About the School An Outstanding and inclusive 11–18 secondary school in Swindon is seeking a dedicated and experienced SENCO to lead its well-established SEND provision from January 2026 . The school has an exceptional reputation for inclusion, care, and academic success. With a leadership team that prioritises staff wellbeing and continuous professional growth, it offers a positive, progressive environment for passionate educators. About the Role This full-time, permanent leadership position involves overseeing all aspects of SEND provision across the school. The SENCO will lead a team of specialist support staff, coordinate EHCPs, and ensure that every student receives the tailored support they need to succeed academically and personally.
