Role Highlights: Full-time, permanent position at a supportive primary school in Hammersmith Plan and deliver lessons in collaboration with class teachers across different year groups Provide targeted support to students in small groups and one-on-one interventions Assist with lesson planning, assessment, and classroom management Cover lessons in the absence of class teachers, ensuring continuity of learning Support children with a range of learning needs, including those with SEN Work closely with teachers, parents, and external professionals to enhance student progress Experience & Qualifications: HLTA qualification or significant experience as a Teaching Assistant with leadership responsibilities Previous experience working in a primary school setting Ability to deliver lessons confidently and independently when required Strong communication and teamwork skills A positive, proactive, and nurturing approach to supporting children’s learning Enhanced DBS check required Why Join Us?
