This is a rewarding role combining pastoral care with classroom support, ideal for someone passionate about student wellbeing and educational development. The successful candidate will provide emotional, social, and behavioural support to students, helping to create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment. Alongside this, you will work closely with teaching staff as a Teaching Assistant, supporting lessons, small group work, and individual learners to achieve their full potential. Who are we looking for from you? Engagement Skills: Ability to engage learners and support their ambitions Emotional Support: Passionate about making a positive impact on students’ lives. Qualification: GCSEs in Maths and English C or 4 grade and above (or an equivalent) Knowledge: Have an understanding of alternative provision and dealing with students with special needs. Experience: Working within an education setting or equivalent. Communication: Professional communication with students and staff.
