Your Role as a English ECT As a English ECT, your responsibilities will include: Planning and delivering dynamic and engaging English lessons to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students. Tailoring your teaching to the diverse needs of your students, ensuring that every child has the support they need to succeed. Receiving continuous mentorship and guidance from experienced staff to help you grow as a teacher.
