Job description
A welcoming and high-achieving school in West London is seeking a compassionate and proactive Teaching Assistant to join their support team from January 2026 . This full-time, permanent role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact in students’ academic and personal growth. Position Overview Role: Teaching Assistant Location: West London Start Date: January 2026 Contract Type: Full-Time | Permanent Salary: £21,000–£25,000 (dependent on experience) About the School A diverse and community-focused secondary school rated Good by Ofsted. About the Role Support students across KS3–KS5 in classroom and small-group settings. Assist teachers in delivering lessons and supporting differentiated learning. Work with SEN pupils to promote engagement and independence. Help track student progress and provide tailored interventions. What We’re Looking For Experience supporting students in an educational setting (preferred). Excellent communication, patience, and interpersonal skills. Enthusiasm for working with young people.
