Specialise in coaching girls' sports , including netball, football, hockey, athletics, or other competitive and recreational activities. Develop and implement inclusive and dynamic lesson plans that cater to a range of abilities and interests. Inspire students to lead active and healthy lifestyles , promoting teamwork, resilience, and sportsmanship. Contribute to the school’s extracurricular sports programme , including coaching teams, organising competitions, and leading fitness initiatives. Foster a positive and inclusive sporting culture , encouraging all students to participate and enjoy physical activity. Candidate Requirements Degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field. Formal teaching qualification with QTS (e.g., PGCE). Experience coaching or teaching girls' sports at school or club level. Passion for sports education and promoting physical well-being. Strong communication and classroom management skills. Commitment to fostering an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
