This role will involve teaching a diverse Year 6 class with varying learning needs, including pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN). Start Date: January 2026 Contract Type: Permanent Working Pattern: Full Time, Term Time Only Salary: MPS/UPS (Dependent on Experience) Suitable for: Experienced or Early Career Teachers (ECTs welcome) Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver stimulating, differentiated lessons that prepare pupils for end-of-Key Stage 2 assessments and beyond. Support pupils with a range of SEN and additional learning needs, ensuring lessons are accessible, inclusive, and engaging. Assess, track, and celebrate pupil progress, using data to inform teaching and interventions. Foster a positive, resilient classroom culture that promotes curiosity, confidence, and a love of learning. Work collaboratively with support staff, the SENCo, and parents to provide holistic support for every child. Contribute to wider school initiatives, enrichment activities, and whole-school development.
