Job description
We are working with a historic secondary school to appoint a Full-Time Receptionist for a permanent position. Starting this March, the school is looking for a dedicated professional to join their central administrative faculty. About the School This school has a long-standing reputation for academic excellence and community engagement. The front office is housed in a beautiful period building, yet the school’s operations are entirely modern. The team is known for being friendly and supportive, often collaborating on whole-school events and productions. It is a rewarding environment for someone who enjoys being at the centre of a busy, successful school community. The Role Lead the front-of-house service, ensuring a five-star experience for all visitors. Manage the school’s main telephone line and central email account. Work closely with the Safeguarding Lead to monitor visitor compliance. Support the wider admin team with data management and student records. Requirements A professional, human-like manner and excellent interpersonal skills. Significant experience in an administrative or reception-based role. Candidates must have the right to work in the UK. Salary £28,221 – £30,717 per annum (Scale 2–4, Outer London).
