Job description
A large, diverse and successful secondary school in Derby is seeking a committed and reflective History ECT for a January 2026 start. This school has a strong reputation for nurturing early career teachers and developing them into confident, capable practitioners. The Role You’ll teach History across KS3–KS4, delivering a curriculum that spans medieval to modern history. The department provides full schemes, assessments, enquiry questions and model writing frames — ideal for an ECT building confidence.
