Location: Chelmsford, Essex Start Date: January 2026 Salary: MPS (ECT Pay Scale) Looking for a supportive secondary school in Chelmsford where you can grow as an English ECT? A well-regarded secondary school with a strong academic reputation in Chelmsford has an exciting opening for a newly qualifi ed English Teacher to join their thriving department from January 2026. Job Overview The successful English ECT will teach KS3–KS4, delivering creative, well-structured lessons supported by excellent mentoring, collaborative planning and a robust induction programme.
