Job description
Are you a caring, enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistant looking for an opportunity to support young learners in a high-achieving secondary school? A well-regarded school in Coventry is seeking a Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated inclusion and classroom support team from January 2026 . This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about helping students succeed academically and personally. About the Role: This is a full-time, permanent role. You will work with KS3–KS4 pupils in the classroom, supporting learning, behaviour and engagement. You will assist teachers with lesson preparation, lead small-group interventions, provide one-to-one support when required and play a central role in creating a positive learning environment. About the School: The school is widely praised for excellent behaviour, a strong sense of community and outstanding pastoral systems. Teaching Assistants receive thorough training, ongoing CPD and are valued members of the wider staff team. Leadership is supportive, approachable and committed to ensuring all staff feel valued and encouraged.
