Job description
Are you an enthusiastic Science ECT looking to begin your teaching journey in an inclusive and dynamic school? A Good-rated secondary school in Luton is seeking a committed Science Teacher to join their department from January on a full-time, permanent basis . This is a rare opportunity to work in a supportive environment that places genuine emphasis on professional growth. You will teach across KS3–KS4 , helping students build curiosity and understanding through practical investigation and engaging experiments. The school offers reduced timetables and dedicated mentoring for ECTs to help you transition confidently into the profession. Experience and Qualifications: PGCE with QTS (Science specialism preferred) A clear passion for developing scientific curiosity Excellent communication and organisational skills Salary: Paid on MPS1–MPS2 , dependent on experience.
