Location: Birmingham Start Date: April 2026 Salary: Competitive and dependent on experience Looking for a friendly, front-of-house school role in Birmingham? A well-run primary school in Birmingham is seeking a welcoming and professional School Receptionist to join their team from April 2026. Role Overview This school is recognised for: • a nurturing and inclusive environment, • strong pastoral support, and • positive relationships with parents and carers. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and families, helping to create a positive impression of the school. The School The reception role is central to safeguarding, communication, and daily organisation. Responsibilities include: • greeting visitors and managing sign-in procedures, • handling phone calls and emails, • supporting attendance and safeguarding processes, and • assisting with administrative tasks.
