Job description
Biology Teacher – Kingston Secondary School An Outstanding secondary school in Kingston has a vacancy for a dedicated and enthusiastic Biology Teacher to join their Science department. This is a full-time, permanent position, primarily teaching Key Stages 3, 4, and 5. Responsibilities: Plan and deliver high-quality Biology lessons that meet the requirements of the National Curriculum and examination specifications. Create a stimulating and supportive learning environment that fosters a love of biology. Assess student progress effectively and provide constructive feedback. Contribute to the development of the Biology curriculum within the Science department. Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices. To be a member of an Outstanding school. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). A degree in Biology or a closely related subject. Proven experience teaching Biology at the secondary level, including A-Level. Strong subject knowledge and a passion for biology. Excellent communication and classroom management skills. The desire to be a Biology Teacher .
