Job description
We are working with a welcoming two-form entry primary school in Birmingham to appoint an organised Office Manager. This is a full-time, permanent role starting after the February half term. About the School This is a friendly, community-focused school known for its "family" atmosphere and supportive parent body. The school is well-run and provides a tranquil yet busy professional environment. The administrative team is at the heart of the school's success. The Role Reporting to the School Business Manager, you will lead the office team and oversee daily operations. Key duties include managing admissions, maintaining the Single Central Register, and coordinating school communications. You will provide a professional and warm front-of-house service. Requirements Proven experience in a school office management role. Proficiency in school management systems (SIMS/Bromcom). Candidates must have the right to work in the UK. Salary GR3 (£27,254 – £33,699) per annum.
