The school has a stable staff team, improving outcomes and a clear strategic direction. The office sits at the heart of daily school life, and this role will be central to ensuring smooth operations across all administrative areas. The leadership team is visible and supportive, and the culture is collaborative and respectful. The school places high value on strong communication with families, and the office team plays a crucial role in maintaining that positive relationship. Administrative processes are well embedded, but there is scope for a proactive Office Manager to refine and enhance systems further. About You • Experience in school administration, ideally in a leadership capacity • Strong organisational and team management skills • Confident user of school MIS systems • Excellent communication skills and professional manner • Ability to prioritise and work effectively in a busy environment • Knowledge of safeguarding and compliance processes Primary school experience would be highly desirable. What’s on Offer • Competitive support staff salary • Supportive leadership and structured line management • Professional development opportunities • Stable and well-regarded school community • Opportunity to lead and shape the administrative function This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced school administrator ready to take on a leadership role within a thriving Bristol primary school.
