Computing Teacher – Prestigious Private School – Leicester Are you an ambitious and innovative Computing Teacher seeking a rewarding opportunity at a leading independent school in Leicester? We are partnering with a highly regarded private school to appoint a talented Computing Teacher to join their exceptional faculty. This is a unique chance to contribute to a thriving learning environment and work alongside experienced specialists dedicated to developing and enhancing Computing education for students of all abilities. School information: The school is a distinguished independent school known for its commitment to academic excellence and holistic development. They foster a supportive and inclusive community where students are empowered to reach their full potential. About the Computing Department: The Computing Department is comprised of a dedicated team of experienced specialists passionate about teaching and learning. Collaboration and professional growth are highly valued within the department. Responsibilities: – Teach Computing to KS3/4, with the possibility of KS5 (A-Level). – Develop and deliver engaging and effective lessons. – Assess and monitor student progress. – Contribute to curriculum development and innovation. Qualifications and Experience: – Degree in a relevant subject (Computing preferred). – PGCE or QTS. – Experience working as a Computing Teacher in a Secondary School (including PGCE placements). – ECTs are encouraged to apply.
