Job description
A well-respected secondary school in Brent is seeking a skilled and organised Science Technician to join their Science Department as soon as possible. This is a full-time, permanent position supporting high-quality teaching and learning across KS3–KS5. About the Role As a Science Technician, you will play a vital role in preparing and maintaining practical resources, supporting experiments, and ensuring laboratories are safe and well-equipped. You will work closely with teaching staff to deliver engaging science lessons. Key Responsibilities • Preparing and setting up materials for practical science lessons • Maintaining and organising laboratory equipment and chemicals • Ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures • Supporting staff and students during experiments • Managing stock, orders, and departmental resources School Information This Outstanding school in Brent is recognised for academic excellence, strong pupil behaviour, and a collaborative staff culture.
