The successful Geography ECT will teach KS3 & KS4 and benefit from structured mentoring and opportunities for professional growth. School Information This is a large 11–18 school with approximately 1,300 pupils and a strong record of achievement. In 2024, 93% of students achieved grades 9–4 in English and Maths, with Geography achieving consistently strong GCSE results. The school values fieldwork and hands-on learning, providing pupils with opportunities to explore environmental sustainability, global issues and local geography through practical projects. ECTs receive comprehensive support from their mentors and heads of department.
