Job description
Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated educator with a passion for supporting children with special educational needs? We are seeking a KS1 (Early Years Curriculum) SEND Class Teacher to join our supportive and inclusive school on a maternity cover basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact on young learners while working in a nurturing and collaborative environment. Your Role: As our new KS1 (Early Years Curriculum) SEND Class Teacher, you will: Motivate, encourage, and inspire children to develop independence and self-esteem. Foster a nurturing classroom environment where every child can thrive socially, emotionally, and academically. Set high expectations for achievement and behaviour while celebrating individual successes. Collaborate with colleagues and leadership to enhance the learning experience and promote a positive school culture. What We’re Looking For: We are seeking a teacher who: Can motivate, encourage, and inspire children while promoting their independence. Has the ability to engage and enthuse children through creative and purposeful learning experiences. Is passionate about improving life chances for all children and is committed to their welfare. Maintains high expectations for both achievement and behaviour. Brings a positive, happy, and friendly demeanour to the classroom.
