Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated LKS2 Teacher looking to inspire and support young learners? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a welcoming and forward-thinking primary school in Newham. Starting in April 2025, this role will give you the chance to make a real impact on children's academic and personal development in a vibrant school community. Key Responsibilities Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of LKS2 students, helping them build a solid foundation for future learning. Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect, curiosity, and a love for learning. Regularly assess and track student progress, offering feedback and setting goals to drive improvement. Use a range of teaching strategies to ensure all children are supported and challenged at the appropriate level. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and deliver a cohesive, engaging curriculum. Maintain strong communication with parents and guardians, keeping them informed of progress and addressing any concerns. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your teaching practice. Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience teaching LKS2 , particularly in Year 3 or similar primary experience. Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and effective assessment techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A commitment to creating an inclusive, engaging classroom and supporting the development of all learners. Passionate about teaching and developing young minds, with the ability to motivate and inspire students.
