Your Responsibilities As our new Year 4 Teacher, you will: Plan and deliver dynamic lessons that inspire curiosity and foster a love of learning. Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued and encouraged to participate. Develop students' skills in literacy, numeracy, and other core subjects through innovative teaching strategies. Monitor and assess student progress, providing targeted support to help every child succeed. Build strong relationships with parents and caregivers to cultivate a collaborative learning community. Collaborate with fellow teachers to enhance teaching practices and share resources. What We’re Looking For A qualified teacher with QTS (or equivalent). Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, preferably in a Year 4 setting. A passion for nurturing young learners and promoting a love of education. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a collaborative approach to working with colleagues and families. A commitment to creating an inclusive and high-achieving classroom environment.
