Job description
MFL Teacher – Drive A-Level German Acquisition and Lead Cultural Exchange Programme – Havering A supportive secondary school in Havering is seeking an experienced and fluent MFL Teacher (German) with a strong focus on advanced linguistic accuracy and cultural immersion from January 2026. MFL Teacher (German) required from January 2026. Havering-based school with a clear community focus and supportive environment. Ideal for a teacher with native or near-native fluency in German and expertise in advanced A-Level teaching. You will teach German across KS3-KS5. The role includes planning engaging lessons that develop exceptional oral fluency and grammatical accuracy, with a focus on preparing students for challenging A-Level examinations and university-level study. You will also lead the German exchange programme. Experience and Qualifications Qualified Teacher Status ( QTS ) and a relevant degree in German or MFL. Proven success in securing high grades in A-Level German. Demonstrable success in using authentic resources to teach cultural context. Experience in organizing and leading a student exchange programme .
