Job description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Maths ECT to join a high-performing and inclusive secondary school in Dorset. This is a full-time position starting in January 2026 , offering exceptional mentoring, structured support, and professional development to help you excel in your teaching career. Maths ECT required to work full-time Outstanding mixed secondary school in Dorset Join a successful and collaborative Mathematics department with a comprehensive ECT induction programme This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven new teacher to begin their career in a school renowned for its academic excellence and supportive culture. The successful candidate will teach Mathematics across KS3 and KS4 , with potential to contribute to KS5 for suitable candidates. Experience and Qualifications • Maths ECT (PGCE or equivalent completed) • Strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for Mathematics education • Commitment to reflective practice and professional growth • Legal right to work in the UK School Information This 11–18 mixed secondary school in Dorset is rated Outstanding by Ofsted and is recognised for its excellent academic outcomes, strong leadership, and inclusive ethos.
