Job description
School Data Manager | Loughborough, Leicestershire Precision, performance, and professional growth in a flagship academy. A large and successful secondary school in Loughborough is seeking a high-caliber Data Manager . This is a fast-paced role in a high-performing environment. We are looking for someone who is exceptionally organized and can manage the seasonal pressures of the academic year with a calm, professional outlook. The Snapshot Location: Loughborough, Leicestershire (Excellent links via the M1 and A6) Salary: Local Government Grade (Competitive) Contract: Full-time, Permanent Hours: 37 hours per week (Year-round) Detailed Responsibilities System Development: Constantly reviewing and improving our data systems to reduce teacher workload and increase the accuracy of reporting. Target Setting: Managing the school’s target-setting process, using national benchmarks to ensure our expectations for students are both ambitious and achievable. Ad-hoc Analysis: Responding to specific data requests from the SLT, such as analyzing the impact of a specific literacy intervention or behavior policy. Attendance Data: Working alongside the Attendance Officer to produce daily and weekly reports that identify students at risk of persistent absence.
