The Role: Full-time Lead Practitioner of Geography to lead curriculum innovation and development. Develop and implement an engaging and challenging Geography curriculum that meets the needs of all students. Lead the development and implementation of innovative teaching and learning strategies. Provide professional development opportunities for colleagues to enhance their teaching practice. Play a key role in raising standards of achievement in Geography across the school.
