Your Role as an Art Teacher: 🔹 Plan and deliver engaging and inclusive Art lessons that are tailored to the needs and abilities of students with diverse learning requirements. 🔹 Use a variety of artistic mediums to support creative expression and personal development. 🔹 Foster a positive, safe, and structured learning environment where all students can thrive. 🔹 Work closely with the SENCO and support staff to create individualised learning plans (IEPs) for students. 🔹 Provide individual and group support to ensure all students can engage with the curriculum and express themselves through art. 🔹 Encourage students to develop their confidence, creativity , and self-expression . Who We’re Looking For: ✅ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. ✅ Experience teaching Art , ideally within an SEN or inclusive setting . ✅ A passionate, creative , and patient teaching approach. ✅ Strong knowledge of differentiation and SEN strategies . ✅ Excellent communication and teamwork skills. ✅ An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
