What We Are Looking For: QTS and strong KS2 teaching experience (particularly in Year 4). A passion for a subject area and the drive to lead school-wide improvements. Excellent classroom management and the ability to differentiate lessons effectively . Strong leadership potential and a desire to develop professionally . A positive and collaborative attitude, ready to contribute to school life.
