Key responsibilities include: Managing the full admissions process from initial enquiry through to enrolment Acting as the main point of contact for prospective parents, offering guidance, support, and high-quality communication Scheduling tours, interviews, assessments, and open events Handling applications, documentation, and data entry using the school’s MIS Preparing admissions reports, tracking conversion rates, and monitoring pupil numbers Collaborating with marketing teams on prospectus materials, newsletters, and outreach events Coordinating entrance exams, scholarship assessments, and transition processes Maintaining excellent relationships with parents, pupils, and external partners Ensuring compliance with safeguarding, GDPR, and independent school standards Contributing to strategic discussions on admissions trends, retention, and recruitment The successful candidate will represent the school with warmth, professionalism, and confidence, ensuring every family has a positive and informed experience from their first contact to the student’s first day.
