Primary Responsibilities and Duties Perform high-quality welding tasks according to project specifications and safety guidelines. Collaborate with engineers and fabricators to ensure precise execution of welding projects. Maintain and calibrate welding equipment to ensure optimal performance. Inspect completed welds for accuracy and conformance to standards. Participate in team meetings to contribute ideas for process improvements.
