About the Role: Deliver engaging and challenging Business Studies lessons at A-Level, following relevant examination specifications. Plan and prepare high-quality lessons that cater to the needs of academically gifted students. Utilize a range of teaching methods and resources, including case studies, business simulations, and guest speakers, to enhance student learning. Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and support individual learning journeys. Prepare students for A-Level Business examinations, ensuring they have a strong understanding of assessment criteria. Contribute to the development of the Business Studies curriculum and resources. Foster a passion for business and enterprise in students, encouraging them to develop their leadership and decision-making skills. Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment. Contribute to extracurricular activities and enrichment programs related to business and entrepreneurship. Ideal Candidate: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Strong subject knowledge in Business Studies, particularly at A-Level. Demonstrated ability to teach A-Level Business. Experience in preparing students for A-Level Business examinations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to inspire and motivate high-achieving students. A passion for business and a commitment to fostering entrepreneurial spirit.
