Your Role as an Art Teacher: 🔹 Deliver Inspiring Lessons – Teach engaging Art lessons to students at KS3, KS4, and A-Level. 🔹 Foster Creativity – Encourage students to explore different mediums, techniques, and artistic styles. 🔹 Support Student Portfolio Development – Provide one-on-one support and guidance for students preparing for GCSE or A-Level assessments. 🔹 Lead Extra-Curricular Activities – Organize and run after-school art clubs, exhibitions, and other creative events. 🔹 Collaborate with Colleagues – Work alongside the creative arts team to develop interdisciplinary projects and initiatives. 🔹 Promote Art Across the School – Help raise the profile of art and creativity in the wider school community. Who We’re Looking For: ✅ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – Or equivalent, with a specialism in Art. ✅ Creative and Passionate – An enthusiasm for art and education, with the ability to inspire students to reach their creative potential. ✅ Knowledgeable in Art Techniques – Experience in a range of artistic mediums, including traditional and contemporary forms. ✅ Excellent Communication Skills – Ability to nurture students’ artistic ideas and provide constructive feedback. ✅ Enhanced DBS Check – Or willingness to apply.
