Job description
Science Teacher – Stourbridge We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Science Teacher to join a dynamic team at a school in Stourbridge. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated educator to inspire and engage students in the world of Science, contributing to their academic growth and fostering a love for the subject. As a Science Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons across various key stages, helping students build a strong foundation in scientific principles and practices. You will have the chance to shape the future of young minds and support them in achieving their full potential. Key Responsibilities for the Science Teacher Role: Deliver engaging and well-structured Science lessons to students at Key Stage 3 and 4. Help students develop their scientific skills, from theoretical knowledge to practical applications. Provide timely feedback to students on their progress and guide them in their academic journey. Contribute to the development and enhancement of the Science department's teaching resources and curriculum. The ideal candidate for the Science Teacher position will possess a strong passion for science and teaching, with the ability to engage students and foster a positive learning environment. You will be committed to providing high-quality education and supporting students' personal and academic growth. Requirements for the Science Teacher Role: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification. A degree in a relevant scientific discipline. Previous teaching experience in Science (KS3 and KS4). Strong communication and organisational abilities. A passion for educating students and helping them reach their academic goals.
