The Role As an ECT in KS1 or KS2, you will: Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and inclusive lessons tailored to the needs of your students. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Passion for teaching in KS1 or KS2 and a commitment to nurturing young learners. A strong understanding of the National Curriculum and effective teaching strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, colleagues, and parents.
