Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality Maths lessons across Key Stages 3-5, with a focus on A-Level Maths and Further Maths. Prepare students for GCSE and A-Level examinations. Develop students' mathematical reasoning and problem-solving skills, particularly at KS5. Create a positive and engaging learning environment, especially for advanced learners. Contribute to the development and implementation of the Maths curriculum, with a focus on A-Level. Potential for a TLR for a candidate demonstrating leadership potential in KS5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated leadership potential in KS5 delivery (for TLR consideration).
