Role Responsibilities Teach Business to KS4 and KS5 students, delivering high-quality lessons that support their learning and exam preparation. Develop and implement innovative and engaging teaching methods to inspire students. Lead and manage a designated area of responsibility within the Business department as part of the TLR. Support and mentor less experienced staff members within the department. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive approach to teaching and learning across the school. Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to help them achieve their full potential. Essential Requirements Degree in Business or a related field. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience teaching Business at KS4 and KS5 level. Strong knowledge of the GCSE and A-Level Business curriculum. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to motivate and inspire students in Business studies.
