Inspire the Next Generation of Entrepreneurs and Business Leaders About the School: We are a dynamic and ambitious academy in Ealing, committed to providing a high-quality education that prepares students for success in the world of business and enterprise. Our Business Studies department is dedicated to developing students' understanding of business principles, financial literacy, and entrepreneurial skills. About the Role: Teach Business Studies across Key Stages 4 and 5, with the potential for teaching at Key Stage 3. Plan and deliver engaging and relevant lessons that cater to different learning styles and abilities. Use a variety of teaching methods and resources, including case studies, simulations, and guest speakers, to bring Business Studies to life. Assess student progress, set targets, and provide constructive feedback to support individual learning journeys. Contribute to the department's curriculum development and resource creation. Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and stimulating learning environment. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your teaching practice. We are looking for: A qualified teacher with QTS or equivalent. Excellent subject knowledge in Business Studies . A passion for teaching and a commitment to student success. Strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills. The ability to build positive relationships with students and colleagues. We offer: A competitive salary and benefits package.
