Your Responsibilities As our new Nursery Teacher, you will: ✅ Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons that follow the EYFS framework. ✅ Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment where children feel valued and encouraged to explore. ✅ Support children's early language, communication, and social skills through interactive and play-based learning. ✅ Observe, assess, and track children's progress, adapting learning activities to meet individual needs. ✅ Work closely with parents and carers, fostering strong partnerships to support children's development at home and in school. ✅ Collaborate with the Early Years team to enhance teaching and learning strategies across the setting. What We’re Looking For ✔ A qualified teacher with QTS (or equivalent) or an Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS). ✔ Experience working within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), ideally in a nursery setting. ✔ A deep understanding of child development and early learning strategies. ✔ A creative and nurturing approach to teaching, ensuring every child thrives. ✔ Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with colleagues and families. ✔ A commitment to providing high-quality early childhood education.
