Job description
English Teacher - Full-time, Permanent (September 2025 Start) A nurturing Catholic School in Ealing is seeking a dedicated English Teacher to inspire a love of literature and language in our students. If you are passionate about English and committed to fostering critical thinking and communication skills, we encourage you to apply. Our English department is a supportive and collaborative team. About the Role: Deliver engaging and challenging English lessons across Key Stages 3-5. Plan and deliver lessons that foster a love of reading, writing, and critical analysis. Assess student progress through essays, presentations, and written work. Contribute to the development of the English curriculum and participate in departmental planning. Ideal Candidate: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a strong background in English Literature and Language. Experience teaching English to A-Level, with a focus on both literary analysis and creative writing. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
