What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking a passionate KS1/KS2 Teacher who is dedicated to sparking curiosity and excitement in young learners. As part of our team, you’ll be responsible for: Planning and delivering engaging and creative lessons that inspire a love for learning. Creating a dynamic classroom environment that encourages exploration, critical thinking, and student independence. Monitoring progress and providing supportive, constructive feedback to help each student thrive. Preparing students for their next steps, ensuring they are ready for the challenges ahead. Building strong relationships with parents and guardians to celebrate progress and address any concerns. Taking part in school life by attending meetings, contributing to staff development, and supporting the wider school community. What You’ll Bring: A Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. A true passion for working with children in either KS1 or KS2. A solid understanding of the National Curriculum and effective assessment techniques. Fantastic communication skills and a love for working as part of a team. A commitment to creating an inclusive, supportive classroom where all students feel valued.
