Location: London Start Date: April 2026 Salary: Competitive and dependent on experience Looking for a front-facing school role where professionalism and people skills truly matter? A well-established secondary school in London is seeking a confident and personable School Receptionist to join their administrative team from April 2026. Role Overview This school is widely recognised for: • a calm and well-structured learning environment, • clear safeguarding and communication procedures, and • a welcoming and professional school culture. The successful candidate will act as the first point of contact for parents, visitors, pupils, and external agencies, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of reception. The School The reception team plays a critical role in supporting safeguarding, attendance, and communication. Key responsibilities include: • managing visitor sign-in and safeguarding protocols, • handling telephone and email enquiries, • liaising with parents and staff, and • supporting administrative tasks as required. Staff describe the school as organised, friendly, and supportive, with clear expectations and strong leadership.
